My, that's a happy looking otter.
Rock & roll thoughts and general trash
from TJ Honeysuckle,
Melbourne man about town and occassional correspondent for the I94 Bar.
Last Tram Home now talks shit on Twitter, too.
I'm being followed.
About Me
- TJ Honeysuckle
- Melbourne-based lover of music movies and good beer. Long time writer for such fine publications as B Side, the I94 Bar and Mess + Noise. Collects VHS tapes, for some goddamn reason.
There's an email address behind that "view my complete profile" link, if you need it.
An unsolicited anonymous endorsement
"TJH- a chain-smoking, beer-swilling rock & roll blaggard, who really DOES catch the last tram home"
Further unsolicited testimony...
"...it's a fab piece of writing on your part, and i guess mine too. Thanks for listening to the fucking words a bit ."
And yet more...
"I gotta say, you pretty much said all the things I could hope that you would, and in a way that I could never have thought to say it!!"
And again...
"I showed my sister your blog. She said "My god, he is so 80s Australian it hurts"
That is a compliment."
That is a compliment."
Aw, shucks...
"Thanks TJ, you seem to sum us up perfectly every time!"
Oh, thanks.
"You are right on the money with the ________ track."
Latest appreciation...
"Thank you very much! It's lovely reading a review that connects to the same point I feel like i'm making, and in a way that i'd hope and like it to be heard."
This one meant a lot.
You're welcome, smart, evocative and well written reviews are few and far between so the people that write them tend to make an impression! x
Hmm.
"...he looks like he'd be good to have on your side in a fight."
